Synopsis:
Destro consolidates his power within the Cobra organization. General Gibbs of the Juggler's effective shuts down the Joes, leaving only a twelve man active force. Barrel Roll speaks on behalf of his brother, Thomas Stall, at a court martial case in regards to his treasonous behavior in the New Moon. Snake-Eyes, Mayday, Roadblock, Clutch and Mirage are arrested.
