Bio:
Mark Cephalos was a brilliant man, having earned three Ph.D's before he turned 30. He was however, trapped in a body he hated. Born a dwarf, he experimented on himself constantly in order to achieve the body he wanted. He was generally successful and became quite a large and powerful man. The changes to his body however caused it to need more energy than it could normally absorb at any given time to stay alive.

Cephalos kidnapped Jack Russell, having figured out he was Werewolf by Night. He believed that when Russell transformed into his werewolf form, he could siphon the energy expended and absorb it into his body, giving him the energy he needed to live without worry. As Jack transformed and the experiment progressed, he was able to break free from the restraints. The transfer of energy overwhelmed Cephalos, but it wasn't enough. Cephalos and Werewolf by Night briefly fought, with Cephalos overpowering him and trying to escape in his helicopter along with his henchman Louis.

As the two tried to escape, Werewolf by Night leapt aboard the helicopter and attacked, causing it to crash, killing Cephalos and Louis while the werewolf jumped clear to safety.
