Bio:
Captain of the Suffolk County Police who was investigating the murder of Ralph Rider, the uncle of Richard Rider aka Nova. Was not a fan of super heroes and resisted accepting help from Nova and Spider-Man (who was at Ralph Rider's house as Peter Parker when Ralph was murdered) in solving the murder. Eventually the three kind of ended up working together to figure out who the super villain known as Photon was, knowing that he had murdered Ralph Rider.
