Super-Android (Marvel)
Real Name:
Search for 'Super-Android (Marvel)' on Amazon

Powers:
Possessed internal sensors, as well as superhuman strength and durability.

Bio:
Built by the Mad-Thinker as protection against his sometime-ally the Wizard, just in case the Wizard ever decided to betray him.

Android Man was accidentally activated by police who were searching the Thinker's laboratory after both the Thinker and the Wizard had been defeated. Android Man followed a signal which it believed would lead him to the Wizard, but instead led him to Ben Grimm (who was no longer in his Thing form) who had possession of The Wizard's gloves after his defeat.

Grimm was forced to use the Wizard's gloves to revert him to his Thing form to battle Android Man and save Alicia Masters. With a single punch, the Thing destroyed Android Man.

Rebuilt in later years by Doctor Doom as the Super-Android, Android Man invaded the Baxter Building on Doom's behalf and fought the Fantastic Four, destroyed in the battle by one of the Invisible Girl's force fields.

Later still, Android Man's parts were reassembled by the mutant Reanimator to serve in his collection of Robots. It was possibly destroyed again in a battle against Wolverine and the New Warriors.
