Falzon and his wife, Murius, were both scientists serving the Kree Empire. Murius bore him an extremely intelligent son, Arides. The Supreme Intelligence chose the infant Arides for its personal service corps. Falzon and Murius resisted the Kree soldiers who came to take their son, but they were beaten and had their son taken from them. Because of their expertise in photometric research, Falzon and Murius were appointed to head the project for the development of a prototype for future "super-soldiers." They were mortified to find that the prototype was, in fact, their son, Arides. Under threat of death (for themselves and their son), they performed their mission, mutating Arides into the warrior Shatterstar over twenty years. Shatterstar, meanwhile, was raised by the military into a killing machine who had no attachment to his birth parents.
Unable to stand it any longer, Murius convinced Falzon to flee to Malador, a harsh pioneer planet where they could re-educate Arides to be the son they wanted him to be. However, when they revealed their plan to Shatterstar, he refused to join them and even revealed their plan to his supervisor. As a reward for betraying his parents, Shatterstar was given the task of apprehending them. Murius attempted to flee from her son, but he incinerated her with a single blast. Falzon, devastated, submitted to Shatterstar, and he was put through a process of rehabilitation. Falzon managed to resist their brainwashing techniques, the image of his son killing Murius forever etched in his mind. Nonetheless, the process appeared to be effective, and Falzon returned to serve in the science council.

(Inhumans I#3-5) - Falzon voiced his opposition of the Kree plot to recover the Inhumans, to use in the War of the Three Galaxies. Phae-Dor, the leader of the council, forced him into silence with threats to his life. Phae-Dor sent Shatterstar to Earth to carry out the mission, and Falzon stowed away on his ship, hoping to stop him. The Inhuman Royal Family managed to defeat Shatterstar by using his own ship's weapons against him. Falzon accompanied them back to Attilan, where Shatterstar joined forces with Maximus, but was eventually seemingly killed. Falzon was badly injured by Shatterstar during this conflict, but he was treated by an Inhuman physician and recovered.

(Inhumans I#7-8, #10) - After recovering, Falzon accompanied the Inhuman Royal Family on a self-imposed exile to the stars, where they crashed on the planet Stent, and got involved in a struggle between the City-Keepers and the Demon-Rebels. This evolved into a conflict with Mon-Togg and a Kree outpost allied with the City-Keepers. Falzon kept to the background.

(Inhumans I#11) - Falzon, alongside the Inhumans, returned to Earth, and shortly thereafter they were attacked by the Pursuer, a Kree warrior template which had been overlayed onto a terrestrial cockroach. The Pursuer defeated the Inhumans and began to suffocate them. Falzon came across some industrial strength pesticide and doused the Pursuer with it, incapacitating it.

(Inhumans I#12) - Falzon was left in an apartment in Manhattan, to watch over Lockjaw, while the Inhumans were out getting into trouble, fighting the Hulk and what-not.

(Captain Marvel I#53) - Falzon accompanied the Inhumans to locate Captain Mar-Vell and enlist his aid in preventing the War of the Three Galaxies. Black Bolt and Mar-Vell did indeed prevent the war by revealing that it was a trap of the Skrulls.

(Spectacular Spider-Man II#11) - The Inhumans recovered an anti-matter warhead, which had been placed into orbit years before by the Kree Yon-Rogg, and had fallen into the sea. Falzon was in the process of defusing it, but set off a booby-trap and was exposed to a deadly nerve gas. Medusa obtained the antidote (which involved one of those misunderstanding/can't-take-the-time-to-explain fights, with Spider-Man, who was trying to get the antidote for a dying boy...of course, there was enough for both of them...). Falzon was saved, and he successfully defused the bomb, saving the Earth in the process.
